1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeckView ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DeckView provides PDF tracking and analytics services. We allow users to upload PDF documents, generate unique tracking links, and receive data on how those documents are viewed by others.

3. Payments and Lifetime Access

DeckView is offered as a one-time payment for lifetime access. "Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure at any time for new customers.

Payments and refunds are processed securely via Dodo Payments. We provide a 14-day refund window for all new purchases. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content uploaded to the Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or transmit any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the PDF documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. In no event shall DeckView be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
